Bike Repair August 21, 2025What kind of barrel adjuster is this? When I twist the adjuster the cable housing sticks and twists with it. When I let go the housing twists the barrel back. To do an adjustment I have to stop and remove the tension by pulling the housing and twist. Is there a better adjuster?
