Bike Commuting March 23, 2024I’m new to this. How is this in terms of exercise? I’m out of shape, 25M and 90kg, and figured commuting with a bike would knock out 2 birds with 1 stone. This is from work, 3 times a week (other 2 I’ll just take the bus). Certainly is difficult at points for me. All on paved road btw.
