I would have picked this up today but didn’t have space in my car to get it home. For $13 I can’t find a reason not to purchase this. But do any of you see something glaring that I overlooked?
I am living in a new area for 2 months and just want something to cruise around on. I’ll probably sell or leave it with my Airbnb for the next guest when I leave so I don’t want to spend much but $13 hardly brakes the bank so I’m willing to spend a few hours and buy a few cheap parts if needed. I’ll probably spend more for new tubes and a pump than the bike.

No bar tape? worth another $13 on Amazon to buy some.
This looks really clean for $13. Better than the one I got for $50 which is also a vintage road bike.
Bar tape is like $15-17 with shipping from amazon.
Since these bikes basically come with skinny tires, drop bars, and large front gears (chainrings), it can easily go quite fast.
Just make sure it fits your size and inspect the bike before buying just in case.
Once you’ve gotten the hang of riding that bike, it’ll be an absolute joy blasting down the street.
