  1. Too many , too many videos, every day it’s the only video to blah blah blah . I would need to spend the whole day to complete all exercises and really I never know which exercises I should complete as there all ‘the only ones’

  2. Thanks for what looks like a great overall workout, with the added bonus that resistance bands can be easily packed when away from home👍
My only question is how often should one ideally be doing this type of training? Don't we need more time for our bodies to recover especially as we move into our 60s ?
This summer I started interval walk training (IWT) on my wife's treadmill every other day – and was now thinking of using resistance bands on the alternate days to build back some strength – maybe with one full days rest each week. Does this sound like a reasonable balance?

  3. Would just sticking to this particular resistance band routine be beneficial for people in their 60s or would it be better to change routines and add or vary different exercise options? Thank you.

  4. Best resistance band video I have ever seen, I will now stick to doing these exercises at least 3 times per week, thanks for all you do Will ❤👍

  5. I am glad I came across your channel. I have been looking for exercises using resistance bands and yours is the best. Your explanations and visuals make it easy for me to do the exercises correctly. Thank you.

  6. Writing from Canada and want to say how much I am learning and enjoying Will’s podcast. As a 76 yr. Old who is having balance issues and basic muscle weakness, these excises are great. Thanks!
