Hi, recently the hope tech 4 brakes on my bike have been leaking out from the small holes in the top plate of the reservoir. From what I could find this is pretty normal when the fluid heats up. However, it is doing this even when not doing any heavy braking (happened today on a 20min ride on road, outside temp was about 19c). It happens every time I go out to the trails, most times the front brake will go completely spongey (lever going to the bar). They aren't new as I've had the bike for 4 months (bought second hand).

Is this normal for it to be leaking this often even with light use? Is it worth bleeding them? Any help is appreciated.

Check the diaphragm for tears or pinholes. Make sure its seated right under the cap too.
