Another post from me asking about what I can put on my bike to make her more functional.

I'm looking for a solid pair of fenders that I can put on my fat tire. If need be, what can I use to measure the size and circumference of the little hole here at the diverging half of the form?

If this helps, my wheel size is 26×4.0. She's also a Mongoose. If y'all have other tips about this that I should know, feel free to share!

  1. I literally took an old one off my regular mountain bike and it worked fine. (I only use front). My tires are 5 inch in my fatty and i have no issues.

  2. A cheap easy option is PDW mud shovels.

Otherwise you could probably look for ebike fenders, since there are a lot of fat tire ebikes.

When I need to size an eyelet, I usually just buy some cheap screws from Menards in several different diameters and lengths to see what would work best.
