Hello everyone, I am planning to get my first fatbike and have put my eyes on the Farley 5, also based on recommendations from this subreddit. However, I am unsure if I should get the latest model from 2024 for 2,199.99 USD or the model before that from 2022 for 1,599.99 USD (it's currently on sale).
I'd be riding the bike mostly in mountain / sand areas with warm weather (not in the snow). I could also hold off with a purchase for another year if necessary and to wait for a deal. I've also considered the Farley 7 because it has a suspension fork but it's a bit too pricey right now at 2,999 USD.
I'd be very thankful for any advice (also about potential alternatives)!

2022 gets Shimano Deore 10 speed whilst the 2024 gets Microshift Advent X 10 speed. I would go for Deore no questions asked. Otherwise the bike is literally the same other than the drivetrain being cheaper on the 2024 model.
