This video is apart of the Rapha Festive 500 challenge where you cycle 500km over 8 days. I only had 3 days as I was really ill. We went for the first time – Oxford and back on my Pinarello f7 Road Bike, all in one day.

Join me for another ride as I navigate the roads on my Pitter-Rotter F7. This video captures my journey through various environments, including suburban streets and country roads, all while enjoying the simple pleasure of cycling. It’s a look at the everyday adventures of a bicycle enthusiast. This video is great for anyone who likes bikes, sports, and being outdoor.

all the way to the top!
Considering you’ve not been cycling that long, doing a ride this big is very impressive. Huge well done! Keep the videos loading man 👏🏽
Where you stopped to look at the windmill is where the Vicar of Dibly was filmed, and the windmill is the one in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang.
Great vid and one hell of a ride.
Well done
When you start cycling is when you discover how not that great the roads are in the UK for cycling
Get a rearview radar, it can be had for around £50. I find myself cycling in the centre of the lane more often because I will know when cars are coming and I will tuck back in to the left. This lets me avoid potholes more easily because I have more space to work with.
Foil trick ❤, Love it, Strava route please ? ….Just in case we're mad enough to try it 😃
Don’t like you
SOLO – Big ride ! muussssive !!
lol ~110km for a Greggs madman 😅
Congrats. I live in Reading and have cycled to Oxford many times. A lot of very familiar lanes.
“Remember that descent…? Yeah, I gotta climb that now.” 😂😂 save something in the tank for after festive 500 g ha!
Yo sick video man!! I'm based in north London, lets link😎
Can you share you're route? Interested in doing this!
That was gruelling! Well done for pushing through.
When going down a nice hill that you know you need to go up on the return is always bitter sweet!
well done! you know you are on a tough one when you start fantasizing about food you are going to eat when you get home
Well done. Chiltern Hills are a great cycling area, it's like having your own gym but more pretty! If you come out again I can recommend the following stops: Blue Tin at Ipsden, Stoke Row Stores and Cafe at Stoke Row, Cheese Shed at Nettlebed. Oh and you pronounce Cuxham, Cooks Ham. Cheers.
Riding a Pinarello carbon bike, I feel sorry for you.
Amazing ride and great vid!
One of these days, I'll get out to the UK for some miles! Good stuff bro!
That’s the thing about doing a big out and back. You get to where you wanted the go and then you need to do it all over again . In the winter it’s best to do big rides that loop around where you live so if you need to bail and finish early , you just take the shortest path home .
Going have to tell road workers to stop wearing hi-vis jackets they’re putting their lives at risk should be wearing all black to really stand out
