  1. Thats a lot 😮 I want to but… 😮sadly because of my active libido… I need my man to help me🤷🏽‍♀️😍 sorry. But thanks for sharing cause I definitely was kegling wrong. 😅

  2. Thank you so much for actually giving thorough instructions that I 100% completely understand. Especially with what should and shouldn’t be moving. ❤

  3. Almost every vid I watch mentions this happens after childbirth that you have issues but I've never had a kid and I'm not even 40 yet. My grandmother and mother didn't have this issue until they were 60 after they had had 5 and 3 kids respectively. I went urologists' almost 10 yrs ago in my 20's for going to pee too often and they told me to do kegal exercise it should fix the issue. But it never really got better after years and every time I brought it up to my gp they would just change a medication or 2 hoping that would fix the issue. After 10 yrs of dealing with going to the bathroom every 2 hrs to now every hr about 8 months ago I started constantly leaking urine like a dripping faucet but I still have to go to the bathroom every hour. I'll keep trying but I'm really starting to lose hope of ever fixing the problem.
