Thank you!! You are the first person to describe this so accurately and I finally understand now!!
Almost every vid I watch mentions this happens after childbirth that you have issues but I've never had a kid and I'm not even 40 yet. My grandmother and mother didn't have this issue until they were 60 after they had had 5 and 3 kids respectively. I went urologists' almost 10 yrs ago in my 20's for going to pee too often and they told me to do kegal exercise it should fix the issue. But it never really got better after years and every time I brought it up to my gp they would just change a medication or 2 hoping that would fix the issue. After 10 yrs of dealing with going to the bathroom every 2 hrs to now every hr about 8 months ago I started constantly leaking urine like a dripping faucet but I still have to go to the bathroom every hour. I'll keep trying but I'm really starting to lose hope of ever fixing the problem.
Love the kegals.
I need excerise to induce labour naturally please
Thank you you've made it very clear
Perfect explanation. Thank you
I think I am still the only one who doesn’t know how to do this after this video.
Is that how you position yourself when you do that? Or that also work when you just sitting or laying down?
What is the best position to do kegels?
