Are you stuck doing bar turns instead of getting some sideways action? As mountain bikers, it’s in our nature to want to whip, but it can be hard to manipulate the bike in the air. Blake Samon is known for his ability to throw all sorts of shapes in the air, so he thought he’d share his technique on whipping an MTB.

Sunny Wales, man these AI created videos getting out of hand 🤣
I would like to see the Toboggan on a small jump.
Keep your knees tucked in. That bow legged shit everyone has is so ugly.
great video, helps
This the best instruction on whiping

Looks more like a table top
Unclear, ate dirt
sorry bro you're really whipping at all, you didn't turn the front wheel at all…… and you're not bringing it back on the landing
On a 6min Video he‘s telling for 5min straight to carve an S before the jump
That was a great video, you make it look so easy. More more more please..
When i try to carve into my whip i end up dead sailoring but when i dont carve into a whip i end up being able to do it slightly. What am i doing wrong
And also you need to flick the bike up when you are taking off
How to buckle your wheel 🔎
you're comfortable whipping the bike to the RIGHT because your front foot is your right foot.. WHY don't you guys mention this when you do these vids? ride "regular foot" with your LEFT foot forward? then a whip to the left will be much easier. if you're ambidextrous, go nuts!
I have a hard tail bike would that affect me when I’m trying to do it
Not even turning into the whip?
No idea if you'll pick this comment up or not but hope so. I would love to learn how to do this and feel ready in terms of my riding ability, BUT, the fear of it going wrong and ending up doing my collar bone is paralysing me. I'm terrified that as soon as I start trying to whip, I'm ending up in hospital. Could you share some tips and how to avoid those grim landings, otbs etc? Appreciate you gave a little bit of advice in this but yeah. Anything else you could add would be great 🙏
Мне кажется что здесь наполовину table top и частично whip) но всё равно круто)
I kind of forget that these guys are British until I heard "I'm ready for a cup of tea" 😂😂😂
This is tabletop 🙃
Tabletops help a lot with the form of a whip. Imo.
I just used this video… I ate shit
4:35 BALLARAT MENTIONED🔥🔥 WHAT IS A SAFE JUMP
Also the compression on / befofe the entry
Great insights! Enduro is core to the entire industry. Also, unless it's TdF, peops are not interested in watching full face helmets riding uphill
Should I be using clip-in pedals or are flats ok?
How about whipping off short kickers?
Thank you for this great tutorial! The sequence at 4:52 shows everything how to do. Bodymovement and bike movement. This two or three seconds were the key for me.
this is more like a tabletop – but still a good video
Man i already forgot the first part look forward when aiborne i can remember that i practice with breaking stuff 😂😂😂
This did not help at all😂😂😂😢😢😢
bro how do i drive a bike without getting to the side
tibel
Whips are sick and this is a really good vid thank you

So i will be doing a S with my handle bar ?
