  1. Absolutely, that’s what the threaded holes at the top of the seat stay and just above your quick-release are for.

  2. Is that your actual seat height? Because the only concern I see is your seat is low and may be in the way of the top of the rack.

    OK, that’s a dinky bike. The seat tube is the same length as the saddle.

    I just put a Topeka MTX rack on my bike – it has very long connectors to the eyelets on the seat stays. Maybe worth a look.

  4. Rack with seatstay mounts plus either:

    * seatpost clamp (but you’d need to unstuck and raise your seat)

    or

    * Eyelet arms oriented downward to existing frame mounts

    There are also seatstay mount only options (with lower capacity)

    Yup, you can fit a rack. You might want standoffs on the dropouts to make mounting easier, but that’ll totally take a rack.
