riscten on May 23, 2026 4:37 pm Absolutely, that’s what the threaded holes at the top of the seat stay and just above your quick-release are for.
Joewithay on May 23, 2026 4:41 pm Is that your actual seat height? Because the only concern I see is your seat is low and may be in the way of the top of the rack.
GutterRider on May 23, 2026 5:11 pm OK, that’s a dinky bike. The seat tube is the same length as the saddle. I just put a Topeka MTX rack on my bike – it has very long connectors to the eyelets on the seat stays. Maybe worth a look.
Jeffrey_C_Wheaties on May 23, 2026 5:14 pm Is that saddle height correct? My knees hurt looking at this
hoon_tx on May 23, 2026 5:39 pm Rack with seatstay mounts plus either: * seatpost clamp (but you’d need to unstuck and raise your seat) or * Eyelet arms oriented downward to existing frame mounts There are also seatstay mount only options (with lower capacity) https://a.co/d/0gOI3e8G
TheNetworkIsFrelled on May 23, 2026 6:11 pm Yup, you can fit a rack. You might want standoffs on the dropouts to make mounting easier, but that’ll totally take a rack.
