  1. Just caught this video and I have a friend flying in dec 1st, Monday in the am. Will things be open on the Monday. What do you suggest. Pre book anything? What place to have a good meal and drinks for lunch? Thank you.

  2. My husband and I are moving to France (probably in the spring) from North Carolina. I just finished doing a deeper dive into La Rochelle, but I've also been looking hard at Nantes. The city is moving so quickly to create more green spaces, pedestrian only spaces, safe bike paths away from car traffic…it seems to be getting better and better gearing up for continued climate change. The only worry I have is the climate – months of gray weather at a time can be pretty depressing for me. You lived there through the seasons – are there enough sunny breaks in the rainy weather or does the sky remain gray for weeks at a time?

  3. Now that you've talked about the Germanic, Celtic, and Latin peoples of France, talk about the Arab-Amazigh people of France. They are the equivalent of the Latins in the United States of America.

  4. Plz give me 10$ , 😔😓
I wish I had my own mobile phone, I would have watched all your videos and subscribed on that too. 😔😔 But No because The price of the mobile is 100$

  5. I went to Brittany and Normandy this summer and didn't get to Nantes. Really wish I had now. To be honest I'd take any excuse to go back to Brittany- it's such an incredible place. There's a whole long list of other stuff I'd like to visit there.

  6. I've been living in Nantes for almost 10 years, it's currently winter and everything feels dull an it's been raining non-stop for a few months. This video reminds me that it's not just that!

  7. I've been following you for years. I'm french, currently living in oslo, but originally from Nantes. This nearly made me cry with nostalgia, I miss my home city dearly. I'm glad you liked it. Best city in France.
