I Ve studies that stretching in t usefullfor hip groin! Is Better isometric exercise
Put the bottom of your feet together and bring them as close to the body as possible n let the knees go down or even bounce them. If you can sleep like that. May also use comfrey oil to rub the front groin n hip n buttocks n lower back. It works pretty quickly.
