  1. This works great; I just have to put a pillow/padding under my knee for support along with a yoga mat. Thanks for the new stretch technique.

  2. Put the bottom of your feet together and bring them as close to the body as possible n let the knees go down or even bounce them. If you can sleep like that. May also use comfrey oil to rub the front groin n hip n buttocks n lower back. It works pretty quickly.
