It’s been a long time since I’ve ridden mine but I think one is main spring and the other is rebound spring. Both should be positive air pressure.

The manual for bomber exr is one Google search away. Both are positive air chambers.

They’re both positive springs. Pump them to a very modest pressure because the whole fork stanchions are the air chambers. I think used to run mine under 30psi.
Those forks were amazingly simple: air chambers on top, and an oil bath with a large damping plunger below. No small parts. All very easy to service.
