What happens when you take a folding e-bike to England’s oldest capital?

In this video, I head out from London with one goal: explore somewhere new using nothing but a single battery charge… and see where the journey takes me.

This time, I’m riding through Winchester – once the capital of England – a city packed with history, hidden corners, and stories you don’t learn in school.

From centuries-old landmarks to peaceful riverside paths, this trip turned into something far more interesting than I expected…

And the folding e-bike? It completely changed the way I experienced the day.

No stress. No rush. Just riding, exploring, and uncovering what makes this place so special.

  1. Oliver Cromwell men did not touch this cathedral, I am a psychic and I can communicate with Oliver Cromwell who is in heaven he told me he never touched his building nor did his Men he wasn't reckless it was a very constructive man and helped a lot of people.

  2. I have been there ! really nice town, but i got a parking ticket which kinda ruined my visit. Looks like a nice bike update although maybe a bit too heavy to fit into MH garage.

  3. What can I say, words fail me, but I’ll try – superb, excellent, interesting, informative, looking forward to the next one. Perhaps Canterbury or Whitstable, both have great cycleways, The Viking Coastal Trail, The Crab and Winkle Trail, even Margate would be worth a visit !! Great to see you getting out and about a bit more !!

  4. 01:39 I recently tried taking my bike on a train for the first time, and I agree 100% – I don't know what it is, but there definitely is something satisfying about it

  5. I used to take my bicycle by train to a nearby city that has a Botanic Garden, get my outdoor and nature time in, then go pick up a snack at a nearby small grocery store, then ride back to the station go to another city for lunch ride to.one of my favorite restaurants it is only a mile-km or so from the station, and take the train home or if I was up to it, take the 10 mile-16km ride home on the local walking-bicycle trail.

  6. Really enjoyed this video, more days away please. This style of video will promote cycle use more than the usual bike reviews ever can.

  7. Question if I may, we see that you can bring the bike on trains etc but when your visiting shops, museums and bars/restaurants can you bring them inside or leave them outside and what recommended security do you use ???
