  1. Thank you soooooo much!!! This worked to perfection. As long as one is careful you and proceeds with caution you can use a metal object to push back the pistons. My brake rotors were rubbing all of a sudden but watching this short video fixed that. Thank you once again!!!

  2. Нах туда капать смазку? Это же идиотизм. Во-первых уплотнение должно по задумке перемещаться по поршню с немалым усилием. Чтоб при каждом нажатии ручки поршень двигался за счет эластичности уплотнительного кольца, а не выдвигался из него. Во-вторых как только снаружи появляется масло, например от неплотности уплотнителя, оно собирает пыль и неплотности очень быстро прогрессируют. В-третьих, после езды в дождь эта смазка неизбежно попадёт в т.ч и на накладки и будет скрипеть

  3. i have mechanical brake system of schwinn axum mtb. the large bolt behind caliper that is used to adjust brake is seized. tried wd40 and everything else.This video if for hydraulic mtb brakes right? Maybe same concept will work except for the piston push back steps.

  4. You do realize this causes damage to the seals and voids your warranty correct? Literally says it right in the install and maintenance manual. The correct way to fix this is actually a caliper cleaning and piston massage.

  5. If your a technician, you would have a pad spreader that is specifically designed to (spread the pads) saving you all this effort and your using clear oils which have damaging plastics in them use oil brake depending on what the oil base in the brake your using, I've seen soo many of these video please, please get the info right before making videos…
