  1. Im also 178-180 (depends when you measure) and 86 length. My fitter told me that I should take size M, because S will make the geo even more aggressive.
    I’m also not sure which one I should get, but I consider getting the M size as recommended.

  2. When in doubt, take the smallest version. It is easier to fit from a smaller bike size than from a size up, you will always be uncomfortable in a size up.

    Don’t worry about sizing, I’m XS for 171cm, my only issue is that here in Denmark, everyone is so tall it is rare to have the size in second hand 😁

  3. Ignore auto-answers like “when in doubt, size down” without even looking at the geometry. That’s a significant purchase. Go to a bike fitter, they will be able to tell you exactly.

  4. Im not sure if this is really the place to look for help…go to a canyon store and try bikes out and see what would be best for you. And im sure the employees there are happy to help you with everything and they know what to look out for
