is renting a house a waste of money well actually there’s lots of benefits to renting you can move out any time you like you don’t have to worry about maintenance and you can invest the savings but every month my money is wasted on rent so buying must be better well buying has lots of advantages you can pay it off over time historically property goes up in value and you can also rent out a room but what’s better buying or renting well my simple rule is if you’re going to stay there for less than 5 to seven years rent and invest your mortgage deposit

Historically the value of a home going up in value is an anomaly. As soon as the supply of housing meets the demand you can expect some major drops in price.
This is a new era and if you use old advice you will end up in the shit.
my mom always said something like: „if i have to pay rent, i might as well take that money and buy a house, in the end it will be mine at least“
i never wanted a house when i was younger but i see her point now honestly.
maintenence is not that big of a deal if you can do some things yourself
Bad advice!
Omg so wrong!
Land is money in the bank working for you!
That old geezer is senile!
Airbnb has truly transformed my life! In just four months, I made $300,000 — enough to pay off my mortgage. This financial freedom has been a game-changer, allowing me to spend quality time with my family and live life on my own terms. And the best part? I’ve done all of this without renting or buying a house. It’s been an incredible journey!
“You can invest the savings.”
Yeah, not anymore
i never understand renting, then checked a simulator and a normal mortage would be paid 3 times over liek if i ask for 150k would pay 400k after the years, like wtf
He sounds like the brief case in the first episode of "don't hug me I'm scared" season 2.
Whose houses are people renting??
Where I am, renting per month is almost the same as a mortgage per month. So I bought.
👍📈
There’s no winners for renters. You’re paying other people’s mortgage.
Can you give us the figures you base your opinion for renting for 7 years against buying and selling after 7 years.
Christ, this guy is so out of touch on his videos. People who are paying rent do not also have extra money that equals out to a mortgage payment.
I want to buy my apartment where I'm living at now 😇🤠.
I bought a house. Decided to move 2yrs later. Sold it in a month and made 60k. Not so sure i would've been able to make that renting and investing.
FOOLISH STATEMENTS… if your renting you dont have your mortgage payment to put in savings, ITS GOING FOR RENT🙄…
ALWAYS BETTER TO BUY!
You cannot get out of an apartment when you want.
My daughter has a GREAT job offer now that she finished school and she needs to move but the landlord will not let her out of her lease with out a HUGE BUYOUT!
THIS GUY DOES NOT KNOW REAL ESTATE OR HAVE COMMON SENSE!!
Below the age of 40, rent. True for most people
Feels very out of touch
At 1000 per month rent.
12 months 12000
7 years is 84000.
NEVER RENT
