is renting a house a waste of money well actually there’s lots of benefits to renting you can move out any time you like you don’t have to worry about maintenance and you can invest the savings but every month my money is wasted on rent so buying must be better well buying has lots of advantages you can pay it off over time historically property goes up in value and you can also rent out a room but what’s better buying or renting well my simple rule is if you’re going to stay there for less than 5 to seven years rent and invest your mortgage deposit

  1. my mom always said something like: „if i have to pay rent, i might as well take that money and buy a house, in the end it will be mine at least“
i never wanted a house when i was younger but i see her point now honestly.
maintenence is not that big of a deal if you can do some things yourself

  2. Airbnb has truly transformed my life! In just four months, I made $300,000 — enough to pay off my mortgage. This financial freedom has been a game-changer, allowing me to spend quality time with my family and live life on my own terms. And the best part? I’ve done all of this without renting or buying a house. It’s been an incredible journey!

  3. Christ, this guy is so out of touch on his videos. People who are paying rent do not also have extra money that equals out to a mortgage payment.

  4. I bought a house. Decided to move 2yrs later. Sold it in a month and made 60k. Not so sure i would've been able to make that renting and investing.

  5. FOOLISH STATEMENTS… if your renting you dont have your mortgage payment to put in savings, ITS GOING FOR RENT🙄…
    ALWAYS BETTER TO BUY!
You cannot get out of an apartment when you want.
