I don't have calipers to measure. Do they look ok? Rear brake has been really weak, and mushy. Not sure if it's pads or needing bleeding

Use a credit cart if it is ticker than a cart you are good
I’d use it as long as it doesn’t make noise.
Still some life in that for sure. It’d be a good idea to take some higher grit sandpaper and some rubbing alchohol and sand the braking surface down a little. I’d say 300 grit or above.
Otherwise, a weak and mushy hydraulic brake sounds like it has a little air in the system, therefore needing a bleed
there is enough material left on the pad but it looks pretty rusty, i would change it
Do they even make hydraulic versions of brakes with these pads? I have only encountered them on old mechanicals BB5s
