    this looks like a pretty normal straight headtube headset. if you can pop em out to measure that would be the best bet but you could likely google this info if you know what year that bike is

  2. It’s a Cane Creek C1. External cup, threadless. Internal diameter of the bearings is for a 28.6mm fork tube. I’m not 100% certain about the head tube internal diameter, so I would suggest you remove the cups and measure to be certain.

    When I recently restored my CAAD4 I didn’t want to go through the process of completely replacing the headset so I disassembled the bearings and cleaned and re-greased them. The bearings are “sealed” but the housing can come apart with a little twist from a screwdriver.
