Boa stuff breaks all the time. No idea why people use it

What are you downvoting me? You know I’m right.

You do know that most big mane products have a year warranty right? I mean I very much get the frustration of having to deal with something like this for something so new but instead of getting on here to complain, get with the company you got them from so you can get a free replacement. Your case study of 1 pair of shoes to Shimano’s millions of units produced doesn’t seem to warrant blasting the company quite yet.

  3. If I read correctly, you said “euros”. If that is true you are eligible for 2 year warranty, even for shoes.

  4. My 90s Puma Disc System survived a couple of years, but I’m not buying the BOA Ski boots I saw yesterday

  5. This is repairable and will be covered under boas lifetime warranty. A local bike shop may have the spare parts.
