    Emergen-C and mellow rides / gym sessions. Don’t push too hard, but get some movement and circulation. Time heals.

    There’s no quick solution just rest and recover and then start out easy before adding too much intensity

  3. 65, 7 positive Covid tests. If I even get kitted up and go out for 10 minutes, at 10% effort, that wind in the face is therapeutic. Night rides are the best.

  4. A cold- just do it. You’ll be fine.
    Influenza- take your time. It really wipes you out. It’ll probably be a solid week before you’re back to form.

    If you’re not sure which one you had, it’s a cold.

  5. Make ginger paste, then make tea with it and add organic honey. Google ginger paste if you’re not aware of what it is and the magic of fresh ginger.

  6. Take your time – any premature activity will just prolong your recovery. It will end up taking more time to get back in the saddle if you try to rush it
