do you take creatine you must take it i don’t take it why because there was there was a study where it was somehow linked to hair loss yeah i’ve done it every day since I was probably 21 or so when I came out in university so like 27 years still take it out oh yeah absolutely surveyed 10 and something thousand people i said “Did creatine when you took it did you notice any slight change whatsoever?” And it was 50/50 split half the people did and half the people don’t yet creatine is the most effective supplement in the world and half the people don’t notice

We produce it naturally in our bodies, you can just eat lean meats and I promise you it has the same effect. Just don’t cheat on your diet.
Good thing I’m already bald 👍🏾💪🏾
The comments are brutal, lol
Funny cause I take creatine and bros hairline is worse than mine😂
Creatine is useless and actually very harmful for the digestive system, just stay away from it, stop believing in supliments, focus on really good diet with no processed foods.
Creatine fills the muscles so the fat is more spread out
100% after starting in 2021 it’s tapered my sides of my line 😂
I took it for 5 years straight , nothing happened except 25 ibs more body weight with 15% body fat . Weird thing is I actually feel like my hair grows faster than before
I take 20mg a day and I'm a beast!!! (A beast in my mind at least)
Heyyy PSA you can die of an overdose of this sht. please actually research what you put in your body not just listening to youtube videos
With that gut, you don’t need creatine lol
I’m afraid to take any sort of gear because I’m really disabled, somehow not crippled but I’m capable of lifting weights so I’m best to not gear it up and go one at a time
Seriously muscles over hair any day
I dont take it because our bodies make about 1.5g of creatine a day
Creatine also puts a huge demand on the kidneys. This is it's main drawback. Hair loss is the least of your problems.
It makes your body retain water
It doesn't make you strong
It makes your muscles look bigger than they actually are lol
Not work for me😢
Funny thing is that if you search for hair loss cause by creatine, there’s only ONE that claim it could, while the a recent one done by a university’s result prove that creatine does not cause hair loss at all. So people are basically scare of one particular research rather than the mass
Lets listen to the guy who had an hair transplant and is on fin.🤦🏿
If you want to be lean , you won’t like creatine . If you want to be big , creatine is your supplement
I haven’t taken any supplements since when I was 18, I used creatine, glutamine peptides, and taurine, one of the best combo drinks I ever had, and the glutamine was the best out of all of em, I used the fermented glutamine which had a different smell to it than other glutamine, and yes, it was one of the best I’ve tried, I haven’t found that type of glutamine yet, but eventually i might see it again, we’ll I don’t use the supplements now, and my genetics are one of kind, my biceps look like
Rick Steiner’s double head biceps, 😂 i use heavy weight concentration curls then I do about 1/3 of the heavy weight I used in the beginning, then reverse curls(bar) and standard straight bar curls or e-z curl bar, take a break before finishing it off with chin ups right to the max, always mix it up but stuck with the heavy weight concentration curls and 1/3 of the heavy weight you used
Maybe its all the steroids u take mike. Ffs
En español
Greg also got a hair transplant
Creatine makes me JACKED but it builds water weight in my gut/torso so I usually have to increase cardio to burn it off. Kinda a balancing act
Recent studies also found out that it barely increases dht
Most used snake oil in the fitness industry
It’s actually not effective for 1 in 4 people, otherwise it’s been proven to be one of the safer supplements to take.
Most of the issue I see is getting garbage quality…who know what the heck it really is.
Maybe men r just losing hair😂
I love you gym men and me I wish to be like you men
Creatine allergies cause hair loss. He’s not wrong.
Bros just go natural for a year and a half and you'll have the healthiest build, Rome wasn't built in a day/weeks❤
I take saffron only
Very simple key points below 🫵
Why the concern?
• A small study in 2009 suggested creatine may increase DHT (a hormone linked to hair loss in people with genetic risk).
• But this study was limited and not confirmed by larger research.
Key points:
• Creatine itself doesn’t directly cause hair loss
• If you have genetic male pattern baldness, increased DHT might speed up hair thinning—but this is not proven in most users
I've taken creatine right after a tough leg workout and the next day I thought my quads would explode. In other words, creatine works 💯
Should you taking creatine? Yes, but if buy creatine from your parents money then shouldn't
Bullshit
Does it help gain muscle weight?
The question should you take steroids bro, creatine is not magic like steroids haha
you must take it !!! sick F
Creatine is a cheatcode
Juicing (using steroids) can seriously damage your health, especially once you're over 40 if still around I’d never take steroids full stop. Creatine, on the other hand, is a much better long-term option. It helps improve gym performance naturally. The great thing about creatine is that if you ever decide to stop taking it, you'll still keep the muscle you've built as long as you keep training. But with steroids, once you stop, not only do the benefits disappear, but the damage done to your body is permanent and that’s just not worth it. I started taking creatine in my 20s. I am in fantastic shape, and Ive just turned 50. I stopped creatine at 35 and I've just trained ever since. But I had 3 mates who did steroids, at the same time as I did creatine and those 3 mates are no longer with us 😢😢
Still the most effective supplement in the world…maybe second to caffeine.
Creatine has neoroprotective properties, helps with bone density, energy for muscles and is being studied for use in alzhiemers and dementia
Can fat people use it with man Boobs ?
lol get David out of the video
lol
I will only say that I started lifting series with 50kg and after 12 months series with 145kg and hitting a PR of 180kg
