  1. Creatine is useless and actually very harmful for the digestive system, just stay away from it, stop believing in supliments, focus on really good diet with no processed foods.

  2. I took it for 5 years straight , nothing happened except 25 ibs more body weight with 15% body fat . Weird thing is I actually feel like my hair grows faster than before

  3. I’m afraid to take any sort of gear because I’m really disabled, somehow not crippled but I’m capable of lifting weights so I’m best to not gear it up and go one at a time

  4. Funny thing is that if you search for hair loss cause by creatine, there’s only ONE that claim it could, while the a recent one done by a university’s result prove that creatine does not cause hair loss at all. So people are basically scare of one particular research rather than the mass

  5. I haven’t taken any supplements since when I was 18, I used creatine, glutamine peptides, and taurine, one of the best combo drinks I ever had, and the glutamine was the best out of all of em, I used the fermented glutamine which had a different smell to it than other glutamine, and yes, it was one of the best I’ve tried, I haven’t found that type of glutamine yet, but eventually i might see it again, we’ll I don’t use the supplements now, and my genetics are one of kind, my biceps look like
Rick Steiner’s double head biceps, 😂 i use heavy weight concentration curls then I do about 1/3 of the heavy weight I used in the beginning, then reverse curls(bar) and standard straight bar curls or e-z curl bar, take a break before finishing it off with chin ups right to the max, always mix it up but stuck with the heavy weight concentration curls and 1/3 of the heavy weight you used

  6. It’s actually not effective for 1 in 4 people, otherwise it’s been proven to be one of the safer supplements to take.

Most of the issue I see is getting garbage quality…who know what the heck it really is.

  7. Very simple key points below 🫵

    Why the concern?
    • A small study in 2009 suggested creatine may increase DHT (a hormone linked to hair loss in people with genetic risk).
    • But this study was limited and not confirmed by larger research.

    Key points:
    • Creatine itself doesn’t directly cause hair loss
    • If you have genetic male pattern baldness, increased DHT might speed up hair thinning—but this is not proven in most users

  8. I've taken creatine right after a tough leg workout and the next day I thought my quads would explode. In other words, creatine works 💯

  9. Juicing (using steroids) can seriously damage your health, especially once you're over 40 if still around I’d never take steroids full stop. Creatine, on the other hand, is a much better long-term option. It helps improve gym performance naturally. The great thing about creatine is that if you ever decide to stop taking it, you'll still keep the muscle you've built as long as you keep training. But with steroids, once you stop, not only do the benefits disappear, but the damage done to your body is permanent and that’s just not worth it. I started taking creatine in my 20s. I am in fantastic shape, and Ive just turned 50. I stopped creatine at 35 and I've just trained ever since. But I had 3 mates who did steroids, at the same time as I did creatine and those 3 mates are no longer with us 😢😢

  10. Creatine has neoroprotective properties, helps with bone density, energy for muscles and is being studied for use in alzhiemers and dementia
