Struggling on this tiny jump need some tips. The feel I’m not preloading enough or maybe to early also feel like I’m struggling with pop timing. Please any tips would be appreciated

Focus on your legs with the pumping. Almost like a subtle hop and pressing hard into the down transition. The reason pump tracks work for building jump skill is because every single jump no matter the size or shape needs to be pumped. More important then jumping is landing. Oump tracks alow you to make mistakes without real consequence. In the beginning you wont be able to move fast enough to jump in the pump track. This will change with time. First step is effortless pumping.
