    If you keep using it, it will fail spectacularly. Just hope you aren’t going fast, or really riding at all when it happens.

    I’d replace as soon as you can. Dry rot it’s the worst. Especially when the tread looks good enough to keep going.

    I’d say let it ride 🤣. Depending on how nice your bike is. Like I was riding on 30 year old tires on my bad weather bike until I got a puncture.

    Best to get new, but I have ridden much worse at speed. Would not be smart, but could last you a couple months if you wanna save up.

    Max rated pressure is likely more than what you need, but that’s probably not the source of these cuts/cracks. Nonetheless, do what makes you comfortable; I’ve ridden tires much worse than that without issues.
