I'm going to be attempting a cross country tour so I built up a do it all bombproof bike capable of hauling a lot of gear. It's a stainless steel Otso Warakin. It's built with a lot of the xbiking favorite components. Full build specs below:

    Nice build, although I’d still go with bar ends for long distance touring.

    How do your panniers and the Cosmo get along? I ended up moving my Cosmo to my gravel bike where I use smaller panniers because I wasn’t really happy with how my larger Ortliebs fit on it; I ended up buying a Tubus Logo for the touring bike instead.

    I need to research the Campy inline barrel adjusters now. lol

    A stainless Warakin frame is on my short list of dumb unnecessary spending priorities.
