  1. Did you check if the brakes are rubbing against the wheel? If yes then use a set or cone wrenches to loosen the nuts holding the hub together a bit.

    you might be missing a washer or distance keeper on your axle! if you tighten the wheel, the bearings get compressed and cause that drag

    That shit is either not on straight or is not true. Wheels shouldn’t look like that

    Take it to a shop. You’ve got expensive nice parts, and what it’s doing is real bad wrong. What exactly is causing this will take a mechanic seconds to figure out in person or you can get really bad advice for free here. For example, the “beating preload” guy: this hub likely has no bearing preload adjustment and utilizes sealed cartridge bearings with spacers in-between. If you’re willing and able to spend this much money on parts, then take it to a shop.

  5. Diagnose this wheel off the bike. Turn the axle by hand. Turn the cassette by hand.
