Just got new wheels and the freehub. When it is out of the bike it spins freely, also casette looks fine. When I put it in the bike, it does not spin properly as if something is resisting. I tried loosening thru axle and it gets better.
How can I fix it?

Are you sure the tire is clearing the chainstays? Not clear from the vid.
Did you check if the brakes are rubbing against the wheel? If yes then use a set or cone wrenches to loosen the nuts holding the hub together a bit.
Likely a beating preload issue on the hub
maybe you tightened the axle?
you might be missing a washer or distance keeper on your axle! if you tighten the wheel, the bearings get compressed and cause that drag
Looks bent
That shit is either not on straight or is not true. Wheels shouldn’t look like that
Take it to a shop. You’ve got expensive nice parts, and what it’s doing is real bad wrong. What exactly is causing this will take a mechanic seconds to figure out in person or you can get really bad advice for free here. For example, the “beating preload” guy: this hub likely has no bearing preload adjustment and utilizes sealed cartridge bearings with spacers in-between. If you’re willing and able to spend this much money on parts, then take it to a shop.
Diagnose this wheel off the bike. Turn the axle by hand. Turn the cassette by hand.
