Grandmaster_Shu on February 14, 2025 8:17 pm I suspect the inner spring of the RD has lost tension (popped out of place for whatever reason). You’d need to remove the derailleur and inspect the internals. https://si.shimano.com/en/pdfs/dm/RARD001/DM-RARD001-04-ENG.pdf page 23 illustrates how to do this. If you’re not confident in your mechanic abilities, you’ll have to take it to a local bike shop.
