  1. know the bodies, metabolical 😊 core ,needs the proper intake of cholesterol, sugar, fats, and carbs, also calories ,to function properly. Take the perfect meal of all the food groups can be easily done in a serving bowl,for example of somebody’s going to order a pizza a supreme pizza with anchovies and capers will probably be the most healthiest choice. Now you’re gonna need some type of fruit and some people do like pineapple on their pizza. This is talking about a pizza made the right way and if you don’t like pineapple all you would need is a glass of grape juice 100% gotta remember living cells in the body have to live off nutrients given by the Earth, and it should be natural and made natural for your peak performance and all that you do year to year

  2. No he is not burning calories, he has digestive system issues. He is eating and popping it as it was. Not every person extract the same amount of calories and nutrients from the same food. It depends on their digestion.

  3. This is a brilliant collation of some essential information – the french fries vs. cigarettes was a revelation. Please everyone, realise what people now accept as the ‘standard american diet’ is toxic ☠️, this is just one example of its destructive effects.
    I love Goat’s cheese, but it is so bloody expensive, I think I’d have to go into debt to obtain Sardinian Goats Cheese.

  4. Ben Bikman: "to much of something will result in resistance to that something"..Think that is true in any aspects of life.. (including under/over eating. Muscle/fat growth/waiste)

  5. The guy who talked about working out fasted and all, it sounds like he only eat about 1200 cal a day. He’s a pretty big guy. How does he do that? I am 5 feet one, 104 pounds female and I eat probably 1600 cal a day and a body fat of 17.

  6. Regarding Koutnik: Endurance pros use more carbs. Because it helps them, especially at intervals, to crank out more power. And even though they wouldn't bonk on 12g per hour, their muscles doesn't conserve carbs when going hard, when they have more. So, the muscle actually learns going really hard in training, so it can repeat it at competition.
    That said, Koutnik is right for all of us mortals, because it never made sense for amateurs to emulate the pros' carb intake.
    Unless you can push 400 watts on a bike for an extended period of time. Or the equivalent of that at other endurance disciplines.
    Which is highly unlikely.

  7. As a male, if you have you have never checked your total test/free test/shbg and you aren’t getting rid of your body fat while you are eating clean, its an unfair race

  8. I, too like Saldino. Does Paul sensationalize or attempt to sell supplements? Yes, but once you learn to recognize this and follow your own research into some of his topics, you find some interesting facts on fast foods and some other highly processed products.

  10. 2:02 feeling your food is a real thing. I have felt it and I also have felt not feeling food when. I'm on heavy carbs and sugars.

    Feeling food is sooooo good. Being able to feel what your body is missing and needing for food is AMAZING! I hope to get back there again because I miss feeling my food 😢

  11. God has put so many plants around us to heal our bodies. you just need to learn how to use these herbs. after reading the hidden herbs by anette ray I can say I can finally understand the real value of the herbs around us

  12. I have read many books, I listened to many Youtube videos by many of the world's leading gurus and health experts but nothing came close to the hidden herbs by anette ray. I recommend everyone giving it a read.
