  1. You need to do the Carnival Kitchen experience! It is a 3+ hour cooking then eating a full meal prepared by the chefs afterward. So much food and we cooked 7 dishes. We did the Indian dinner class on Jubilee (Jay would be in heaven). Soooo good. My hubby was having so much fun and keeps talking about it. He wants to do the Jubilee again just to do another class. AND they e-mail you a full recipe list with photos of your whole meal. Worth every penny!

  2. Its clarified. Chefs Jay R Dee. I can't be the only one that stops the video to read the menu; speak up. Marmite – is a British savory food spread based on yeast extract, invented by the German scientist Justus von Liebig. It is made from by-products of beer brewing (lees) and is produced by the British company Unilever. Marmite is a vegan source of B vitamins, including supplemental vitamin B12. A traditional method of use is to spread it very thinly on buttered toast. Thanks hugs

  4. I have always heard that Oceania excels with their food, but since watching this series I'm noticing you don't seem to be any happier with the food on this ship than any other cruise line.

  5. As an Armenian whos great grandmother was a victim of the Armenian Genocide, it was really nice to see that monument in Bordeaux. I never knew that was there. Thank you Dee and Jay!!
