Looks like most of it is paint damage but there are a few big gouges deeper into the carbon itself and it looks like the tube shape has deformed where those gouges are. Kneejerk is this isn’t safe to ride, and I’d get it looked at by a professional, or replace it.

I wouldn’t let anyone I care about ride that

Seriously, WTF happened to cause this damage?

That can be easily fixed by a competent carbon repair shop. I had a friend take his Pinarello frame to [Montenegro Mfg](https://www.montenegromfg.com/carbon-repair) for a cracked seat tube.
Stronger than new at the break, can’t tell there was a repair. The finish was perfect.
Yours didn’t even have a break, more of a gouge.

Totally repairable, carbon is easily repaired – I’ve seen frames in several pieces repaired. There’s likely a carbon specialist nearby that can fix it. Here’s an example of companies near me:http://www.carbonfibrebikerepair.co.nz/gallery.html

Speed and details about the crash please.
If this is anything at speed and “slam’ness” this frame is fucking toast. And that damage makes me think it is.
Wow it felt fine afterwards? Yea thats’ carbon until the millisecond it fails and you wake up in the ER with no front teeth.
