Get the yellow SPD-SL cleats and any road shoe (3 holes.
Be careful to not confuse them with SPD cleats (no “SL”) which have two holes and fit mountain bike shoes.

So you’ve not ridden clipless pedals before.
When you get setup with the proper shoes and cleats, practice many many times before you go out on the road. If you have to think about disengaging from the pedals you’re going to fall.
Disengaging should be instinctual, once you’re under stress your body will revert to muscle memory. Hopefully that’s a heel out motion, and not lifting your foot off a flat pedal.

You need a road cycling shoe with 3 bolts. The petal/cleats are SPD-SL
Three bolt shimano cleats. Those cleats can go on any bike shoe of your choosing. This should helpful to explain the cleat choice.
Would probably visit a local bike store to be sized for a shoe. If it’s too expensive from them then buy it online with the sizing you need.
