  2. It’s a win and a step in the right direction. Good work! Maybe for next time you can give the manager specific recommendations, like the in-ground mounted “squiggle” or “hoop”-style racks. Perhaps you did and this is what you got, but specific recommendations can def be helpful

  3. No, this is a middle finger to you, not an accommodation. They think you are a nuisance and that you will accept any moldy crumb they give you. No one who regularly uses a bike would endorse a rack of this design. They didn’t even have the decency to anchor it to the pavement, so your bike is more vulnerable to theft using this rack than if you locked to the corral. I’d keep locking to the corral and inform management that the rack doesn’t meet established standards for public accommodation.
