  1. I find that in order to maintain a faster pace for some ppl me included increasing the length of strides is easier than increasing the volume. Just tires you out less. I would recommend it to anyone looking to knok of 10-30 sec per Kilometer without increasing the strain all that much

  2. I always feel I'm running like that 2 while actually doing a 5 🤣 Will never record myself so I can live that illusion of power a bit longer 😎 Or well, when I can eventually run a 2..
