  1. Love the placement. Mine is attached to my water bottle mount, and while okay, I can feel my calf slightly brush it every so often. This is a great use of dead space and keeping it out of the way.

  2. If other people find it useful maybe you could share the 3d model (e.g., on thingiverse)?

  3. Looks nice. I’ve always thought the seatpost would be a good place for a pump. I’d be worried about paint rubbing where it is resting on the top tube though. Maybe print a lower cradle for the bottom of the pump too.

  4. Be gentle using those lezyne pumps, the hose is stiff; I snapped a few valve stems off with mine pumping too fast out of frustration. I’ve since switched to a Cannondale pump with a better head and more flexible hose.

Oh, but that placement looks so un-aerodynamic. It’s going to cost you 0.3 Watts at 40km/h, which will add 1.2seconds to your morning ride!

What’s on earth were you thinking?

It actually looks pretty ingenious. I’d love to be able to invent things like that.
