I have this pump that I take with me on rides. It didn't come with the mount which allows it to be stored next to the bottle cage. I own a 3D printer so decided to make this custom mount which slides over the seatpost. I recently did a 100km ride over the weekend and so far, so good!

I don’t know cycling much. What does this pump do?
Love the placement. Mine is attached to my water bottle mount, and while okay, I can feel my calf slightly brush it every so often. This is a great use of dead space and keeping it out of the way.
If other people find it useful maybe you could share the 3d model (e.g., on thingiverse)?
Nice job. Can you rotate it behind the post
Looks nice. I’ve always thought the seatpost would be a good place for a pump. I’d be worried about paint rubbing where it is resting on the top tube though. Maybe print a lower cradle for the bottom of the pump too.
Be gentle using those lezyne pumps, the hose is stiff; I snapped a few valve stems off with mine pumping too fast out of frustration. I’ve since switched to a Cannondale pump with a better head and more flexible hose.
Oh, but that placement looks so un-aerodynamic. It’s going to cost you 0.3 Watts at 40km/h, which will add 1.2seconds to your morning ride!
What’s on earth were you thinking?

It actually looks pretty ingenious. I’d love to be able to invent things like that.
You’re giving me ideas and I like it
