I have a cassette 8speed 12-32T and a single cog in front, so what derailleur should I buy? I’m just looking for a cheap option for an old steel bike, the old derailleur got broken, it was a sachs huret rival as shown on picture , thanks in advance, English bad very sorry

If you’re going for cheap, friction shifters with any derailleur you can find would work great. The biggest compatibility issue is that the derailleur might not support a 32 sized cassete. Make sure that whatever derailleur you buy is compatible with your cassete range
Acera M360 or Claris R2000 GS.
Only Turney is cheaper, but it’s too crappy.
Doesn’t the total capacity of the derailleur matter when only having one cog in the front?
Am I the only one who sees a face at first? Though it was clippy on meth.
Any used (pre 10x) Shimano/suntour/sram (basically everything except Campagnolo) mid- or long cage derailleur. I like LX/XT…
Unless you have friction shifters, than anything with that cage is game.
