  1. I had like 20mile cycling 5days a week for three months (no diet change). Gotta say my beer visceral fat disappeared. Ofc some weight lifting just coz my friends go to gym😂 I can't cycle indoors respect✊🏾

  3. That’s about 4.7 kg that’s great! Idk how was your training regime before but if you just started losing weight a significant portion of it is water weight but that’s normal, cycling is the best cardio exercise for most ppl ,combine it with going to the sauna (preferably after a cycling session), it will increase your metabolic rate significantly and make you burn even more calories plus a bunch of benefits to your brain&body
    Also take vitamin B to help convert food to energy, magnesium for better sleep (don’t mess around with sleeping, it affects recovery, fat loss, brain function and more), eat less processed and sugary foods.
    Losing weight is simple but takes commitment, lifestyle adjustment and time, don’t believe any “secret” new shortcuts/loop holes/magic pills, don’t support those scammers

    God really helped me to lose weight as well. I used to be 260, and now I am close to 200 from cycling.

  6. Exercise is fantastic

    But you have to eat correctly (portions, etc) if you want to lose weight. Stop focusing on exercise. Fix ehat happens in the kitchen first.

  8. Now wait until you learn about the mini bikes you put under your desk and can use for hours at a time while working, or even by the couch while watching TV!

  9. This is awesome brother, be aware a lot of glycogen weight can be lost in the first few weeks so keep up the effort to lose that fat!

  10. As good as it is to ride a stationed cycle. Try riding outside on a bike, it not only helps you lose weight but lights up your mind. You feel positive, your Outlook changes. Riding inside four walls will help you lose weight but might feel feeling boring after a while being in the same setting. I don't really know your routine and circumstances, so only if it's possible. I have been riding my bike in the open for an hour. It's been over a month. It's almost magical.

I cycle atleast 30 miles a day if not more, they say an hour a day is 1 pound a week, I ride my bike atleast 3 hours a day at the rate of 13mph atleast, I have notice changes I'm just 2 weeks of doing so, my "love handles" are going away and overall my body is more toned, keep in mind, I am riding a bike not cycling.
