You could try drilling them out, or if there is space between the tab and the arm, u might be able to saw the pin in half with a hacksaw

Dremel with those brittle cutting discs, but used electric drills are cheap, so centerpunch the flat side in the middle, then drill out with a sufficiently large bit after drilling a pilot hole with a 1/8″ . Use motor oil or something similar for cutting fluid.
