  1. Drill out the rivets. 

    Other options include filling the rivet heads off, sanding them off with a power sander, or a hacksaw and about 45 minutes of pure rage. 

  2. You could try drilling them out, or if there is space between the tab and the arm, u might be able to saw the pin in half with a hacksaw

    Drill a hole in the center of the rivet or use angle grinder to grind one side

  4. Dremel with those brittle cutting discs, but used electric drills are cheap, so centerpunch the flat side in the middle, then drill out with a sufficiently large bit after drilling a pilot hole with a 1/8″ . Use motor oil or something similar for cutting fluid.
