  1. I can’t tell what’s going on with the cables that lead into the rear, so I can’t be sure. Post a photo from the front.

    It looks like you rotated the fork 360 degrees before you put the bars on. Try taking them off and spin the fork around the other way.

    Seems like you should just unbolt the stem from the steerer tube and spin the fork around 360° counterclockwise. Are the disc brakes on the same side in the front and back?

    Hard to tell who messed up. If you installed the bar and stem then it was you. The solution is easy, though. Remove the bar and stem. Rotate the fork 360 degrees CCW. Reinstall the bar and stem. Align stem and tighten the clamp bolts. Done.

    Since the user has to install the handlebars, this is user error.

    Unbolt the handlebar from the stem.

    Turn the fork 360 degrees.

    Reinstall the handlebar.

    Done.
