Unpacked it, put in the wheels and noticed this. How could the assembly put in this break cable wrong ? Grizl AL7 1by. I’ll fix it by undoing the bar tape and the left shifter to be able to install the steer as it should. Has anyone had this experience? Did Canyon propose a fix?

I can’t tell what’s going on with the cables that lead into the rear, so I can’t be sure. Post a photo from the front.
It looks like you rotated the fork 360 degrees before you put the bars on. Try taking them off and spin the fork around the other way.
Seems like you should just unbolt the stem from the steerer tube and spin the fork around 360° counterclockwise. Are the disc brakes on the same side in the front and back?
Hard to tell who messed up. If you installed the bar and stem then it was you. The solution is easy, though. Remove the bar and stem. Rotate the fork 360 degrees CCW. Reinstall the bar and stem. Align stem and tighten the clamp bolts. Done.
Since the user has to install the handlebars, this is user error.
Unbolt the handlebar from the stem.
Turn the fork 360 degrees.
Reinstall the handlebar.
Done.
