I’m an idiot, that didn’t feel the torque wrench click and kept turning stripped the head of the bolt. Hopefully someone here has an idea for getting out it, I did try an easy out without much luck, I just want to get it out without damaging the bike.

Rubber band.
Rubber band. Ez out. Hammer a larger torx bit into it. Cut a slot with a dremel. Drill out the entire bolt. That’s the order I would take with it. Take it to a shop if you feel uncomfortable with the method. Good luck!
Do the right thing and use a screw extractor, there should be different sizes and may possibly need a gentle tap to get it started.
Anything else will make it harder to remove and risk damaging things further.
Reverse threaded screw extractor
Can you support the bike from below the engine to take weight off the bolt? Not a rear stand,
Do whatever you want, but before you get pissed off and ruin the frame, take it to someone with a welder.
