  1. Rubber band. Ez out. Hammer a larger torx bit into it. Cut a slot with a dremel. Drill out the entire bolt. That’s the order I would take with it. Take it to a shop if you feel uncomfortable with the method. Good luck!

  2. Do the right thing and use a screw extractor, there should be different sizes and may possibly need a gentle tap to get it started.

    Anything else will make it harder to remove and risk damaging things further.

  4. Do whatever you want, but before you get pissed off and ruin the frame, take it to someone with a welder.
